Client Money Protection Certificate

In accordance with CMP legislation effective from April 1, 2019, an electronic version of the CMP certificate issued by Propertymark is available here. A hard copy is also prominently displayed in our branches.

Additionally, we provide the Client Money Security Certificate, also attached, to all tenants, landlords, and any other individuals who have entrusted client money to our member firm.
